How to Add a New Company for Security Benchmarking?

To add a new company for security benchmarking in ShadowMap, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Security Rating section.
2. Go to the Benchmark tab.
3. Click on the "Add Customer" option.
   
   
   
   
4. A list of vendors and competitors will appear. Search and Select the desired company from the list.
   
    
5. If your desired company is not listed, scroll down to the bottom and click the 'Request Customer' button.
   
   
   
   
6. Fill the relevant input fields and select the request button.
   
   
   
   
7. Alternative Approach: If the organization you want to add is not listed, please raise a ticket by contacting us at support@securitybrigade.com, and we will assist you further.

Once added, you will be able to view the overall security score of the selected competitor organization. This feature helps you compare your organization’s security performance against others in the industry.
